Video or Office Visit?

If you’re within about half an hour of Fort Lauderdale, a lot of people like coming in, at least for the first visit. Farther than that, most patients stick with video and only come in for long-acting injections, which have to be given at the office.

Video visits run in your web browser and work anywhere in Florida. In-home visits are also available as a private-pay option that insurance doesn’t cover.

Before Your First Visit

We see patients from age 6 through adulthood. We take Medicare, Medicaid, Tricare, Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Humana and Optum, and we offer sliding-scale rates if you’re paying yourself (insurance details). Several of our providers and staff speak Spanish.

After you call or request an appointment, we’ll check your insurance, send your intake forms and confirm the time and type of visit. Same-day visits are often possible.

Common Questions

Do you have offices in other cities?

Is the Miramar office open?

No, it has closed. Former Miramar patients can keep seeing us here or by video.

Can I see you from anywhere in Florida?
