See a Psychiatric Provider Today

When anxiety, depression, a medication problem or a mental health setback can’t wait weeks, One Stop Psychiatry offers same-day appointments for patients whose insurance we accept. We reserve time each day for new and existing patients who need to be seen quickly.

Visits are available in person at our Fort Lauderdale office at 3015 N Ocean Blvd, Suite C101, or by telehealth anywhere in Florida. We are accepting new patients of all ages.

We accept Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS), Cigna, Humana, UnitedHealthcare, Optum, Tricare, Medicare and Medicaid, plus sliding-scale cash rates. Call (754) 270-6322 as early in the day as you can for the best chance of a same-day visit.

How Same-Day Appointments Work

Getting seen today usually takes one phone call.

Our office is open Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Steps to a Same-Day Visit

1. Call or request online

Call (754) 270-6322 or send a request. Tell us what is going on and whether you prefer in person or telehealth.

2. Quick insurance check

Same-day visits are available when we accept your insurance. Our team verifies your coverage while we find an opening, so there are no surprises.

3. Your visit

You meet with a psychiatrist, psychiatric nurse practitioner or physician assistant who reviews your symptoms, history and medications and starts a plan the same day.

4. Follow-up

We schedule follow-up care, whether that is medication management, therapy, an ADHD assessment or Suboxone treatment.

Telehealth is often the fastest option. A same-day telehealth visit lets you be seen from home or work.

Common Reasons for a Same-Day Visit

Running out of medication

If you have run out of a psychiatric medication or your prescriber is unavailable, we can evaluate you and help avoid a gap in treatment.

Worsening anxiety or depression

Panic attacks, rising anxiety, low mood or trouble functioning at work or school.

Medication side effects

New or uncomfortable side effects that need a provider’s review.

Starting addiction treatment

Starting Suboxone/medication-assisted treatment or outpatient detox for opioid or alcohol use.

New patients who don’t want to wait

First psychiatric evaluations for children, teens and adults.
