Care That Starts in Person
Our office is about 21 miles from Aventura, far enough that most patients choose video. Most care works well by video, but two things begin with an office visit at 3015 N Ocean Blvd, Suite C101, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33308: a first prescription for a stimulant ADHD medication, and long-acting injections. Non-stimulant ADHD options can usually start by video. Your provider will tell you if an office visit applies to you.
Insurance for Aventura Patients
We accept Medicare, Florida Medicaid (including Sunshine Health and Carelon), Tricare, Aetna, Florida Blue, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Optum and Humana. Coverage depends on your plan, so staff check your benefits before the first visit. Without insurance, ask about sliding-scale self-pay rates. See insurance details.
Patients across Miami-Dade County see us the same way, and visits are available in English, Spanish, Russian, Urdu, Hindi and Hebrew.
