What this screening can tell you
The ASRS v1.1 six-question screener looks at experiences over the past six months. Meeting its screening threshold means a fuller evaluation may be useful. Sleep, anxiety, mood, medical conditions and other factors can also affect attention.

How are my answers handled?
The screener calculates results in this page without sending answers or scores to WordPress or GoHighLevel. It does not save them in browser storage. Reloading, leaving, or using “Clear answers” removes them. The appointment form opens separately and has its own data handling. Your score will not be attached.
We count screening starts, completions and appointment requests using a temporary random marker that expires after one hour. Our counter does not collect answers, scores, names, contact details or IP addresses. There are no advertising tags or session recordings on this page. Ordinary hosting access logs are separate.
